ADDICTED TO FETT
Saturday March 8th 2008 - Jeremy Bulloch made a personal appearance at the ADDICT
clothing store in central London to promote their new ICON series STAR WARS tee shirts.
The limited run of tee shirts have been designed by the talented "graffiti" artist known simply
as MITCH. The shirts come in three awesome designs of Boba Fett, Sandtrooper and Biker Scout. Although a bit on the pricey side at £35 ($70 approx) they come packaged in a collectible box featuring MITCH's artwork.
For more info and to see the designs in full check out www.addictclothingco.com
Arriving at the store at 8am I was surprised and excited to find myself first in line. The incentive to be early was that the first 30 people in line would receive a free MITCH print of one of the 3 shirt designs that Jeremy would sign. The event was not due to open until 11am and would run until 4pm. At first it looked like the turn out was going to be fairly low as between 8am and about 10am there were just a few of us lining up, probably about 10 but as time got nearer to 11am the fans began to arrive and I would estimate about one hundred, give or take, had arrived in time for opening.
Also in attendance were members of the 501st UK Garrison, duly kitted out as the
3 characters that matched the shirt designs. As usual the guys looked great and entertained
the line and posed for photos as we waited in the dull and chilly London spring weather.
Jeremy arrived shortly after 10am and very kindly stopped to talk to me as he went in and again
came out to chat a short while later before things formally kicked off.
Jeremy is pretty busy at the moment and is currently working on night filming for a new TV show in Bath called WETWORKS, in which he plays another masked character. At the moment its
planned that this show will get a primetime Saturday evening schedule slot and Jeremy is very
excited about it's prospects. He has also recently completed a pilot for a new TV show called
"Turpin" about the notorious British highwayman, Dick Turpin.
Jeremy has also just been added to the roster of guests for the JEDI-CON convention in Dusseldorf, Germany on March 21 - 23. Alongside his other Boba compatriot, young Daniel Logan, he will also be attending with his brother, STAR WARS and INDIANA JONES producer and STAR WARS AFICIONADO favourite, Robert Watts. It seems that Ray Park has pulled out of JEDI-CON due to work commitments on the GI JOE movie. Sadly, it also seems unlikely that Rick McCallum will be able to attend either.
I asked Jeremy to sign a photo of Fett that I had recently had signed by Jason Wingreen, the actor who provided Boba Fetts voice in the original version of TESB. This prompted Jeremy to tell me he had never met Jason Wingreen in person but that they had a telephone friendship. Jeremy stated his dislike for the re-dubbing of Fetts dialogue by Temuera Morrison on the DVD edition of EMPIRE, preferring Wingreen’s emphasis and inflection, although he understood why the alteration was done, for continuities sake, he thought it unnecessary.
Jeremy also spoke of how he felt that the prequel trilogy had removed the mystery around Boba Fett, as we now know what he looks like and where he came from. The mysterious nature and enigmatic persona being a large part of the characters appeal was now gone. Jeremy feels the character should never have had his face revealed.
Once the event started proper at 11am, having got the honour/pleasure of being first in line, I had
an official picture taken with Jeremy and the 501st member dressed as Boba and had a bit more
of a talk with Jeremy while he signed my MITCH print of Fett. It did look to me that more than
the first 30 people would get a signed print as there appeared to be loads on the signing table.
Hopefully everyone who wanted one, got one.
Jeremy Bulloch is such a lovely guy and wonderful to the fans- always friendly and polite and very giving of his time, willing to chat and always grateful for the support the fans give him. Having met him a couple of time before it was so nice that he remembered me, these sort of things make all the difference when you have waited hours in the cold to meet someone.
On leaving the event it looked like the crowd had increased and that the event was very successful.
Thanks to Jeremy and to the 501st UK Garrison for making it such an enjoyable experience.
IAN TRUSSLER
EDITOR’S NOTE: In conversation with Jeremy at the event, I discovered that several deleted scenes involving Boba were filmed for EMPIRE, including shots of him operating numerous instruments on the SLAVE 1 command deck and he confirmed that there was indeed a scene of Boba taunting the Carbon Han Solo within his ship. Additionally, more footage of Boba for RETURN OF THE JEDI, in Jabba’s Throne Room, was filmed that didn’t make the final cut.Talking to him about what posed photographs exist of him in character, Bulloch intriguingly stated that a posed image exists out there somewhere of him and Dave Prowse in costume together but without their masks on-does anyone out there have this image?

ARE YOU GOING TO JEDI-CON 2008??
By Scott Weller
To celebrate thirty years of STAR WARS in Germany, the MIRACLE IMAGES organisers of the regular JEDI.CON conventions are holding a very special event over the Easter weekend in Dusseldorf. The STAR WARS AFICIONADO team of myself and writer Ian Trussler-the man who stalks Bounty Hunters!!-will be attending the event and we're really looking forward to it-for me personally, not only seeing the German take on the STAR WARS universe (I wonder what our heroes sound like in German?) but also to sample a little bit of the countries culture, too (it's my first time there and I'm very much looking forward to seeing it).
Special guests in this nice line-up for the event, with possibly more to come, include friendly stalwart Jeremy Bulloch, the brave Mister Ewok costume wearer and all round make you jealous collector Steve Sansweet, Jedi mistress Orli Shoshan, Daniel Logan-young Boba to come, Barrie "YOU REBEL SCUM!!" Holland, Robert-will someone please give this man a Knighthood!!-Watts and several others.
There's still time to book and have a good time at the event, so head over to: www.jedi-con.de
We'll be covering the event in the fullest detail possible, so keep an eye out for pictures and blogs/features. If you see us British STAR WARS fans, feel free to say hello, and if any other AFICIONADO readers are going, please get in touch.

MY HOPES FOR MINDOR
By Scott Weller
Having seen the opposite stunning artwork on disaplay at one of the CELEBRATION events, I originally believed that this was just a very special anniversay poster being sold-it now turns out that it’s going to be the striking cover of an upcoming new story from the ADVENTURES OF LUKE SKYWALKER, titled LUKE SKYWALKER AND THE SHADOWS OF MINDOR-a new standalone novel, due for release in October 2008, that chronicles the Battle of Mindor, a fictional event in the Star Wars Expanded Universe (according to WOOKIEEPEDIA, “The novel is set shortly after Return of the Jedi and the novel The Truce at Bakura, with Luke Skywalker and the Rebel Alliance attempting to stop Lord Shadowspawn and his "shadow stormtroopers", culminating in the "Battle of Mindor”).
For me, personally, this is good news as I have felt that the EXPANDED UNIVERSE saga, despite hearing that there have been some excellent novels and some serious changes, most of them for the future good, to the STAR WARS universe that we know and love, has been bogged down a little in the past six years with all these multi epic part books-there have been mistakes and in some areas I feel that LUCASFILM and the writers are desperately trying to find new villains to win the readers affections and loathing, to try and live up to those stunning Lucas creations from the Orignal and Prequel Trilgoy, like Vader, the Emperor, Tarkin and the Stormtroopers (why Lucas doesn’t actually offer some storyline/character ideas to LUCAS BOOKS for the future I don’t know-that mind of his is extremely fertile and comes up with terrific stuff-there must be some notes in his ring binders that he can finally release that can be expanded upon to great detail now that he has no plans to ever do the remaining three episodes).
This new book is to be written by popular author, and extremely pleasant all round guy, Matthew Stover, whose work, truth be told, I haven’t been particularly fond of. Whilst sections of the REVENGE OF THE SITH adaptation were extemely good, I found the title taken as a whole to be very uneven, with more time spent on the first half of the book (way too much on the space battle and all of it’s players (a lot of which were Expanded Universe ones or bit characters from the ORIGINAL TRILOGY that didn't need to be there), with less time for the all important, history making, critical events between our key characters in the last third-it felt very rushed in that last section (and, boo, no Wookiees-there were ways they could have goten round this!! Description is never a problem when there's no dialogue). SHATTERPOINT, a Clone Wars novel with Mace Windu, I found equally disappointing, and I soon got very frustarted reading it. If, as he says in his blog/website, he plans to stake the series back to it’s evocative roots of pure adventure storytelling as first written by the ever popular Brian Daley (whose Han Solo seventies books are exremely enjoyable and in character), then I offer my heartfelt best wishes and success to him that the book will lives up to mine and other ORIGINAL TRILOGY fans heavy hopes and expectations, as it will be refreshing just to read a good old fashioned fun standalone adventure, not too long and not too short in it's storytelling structure, set not too long after the events of RETURN OF THE JEDI. Now if we can just have a Tim Zahn saga in that era as well, to rival his first and greatest one, and another Alan Dean Foster tale (it’s high time he came back to do one set between EPISODES IV to VI), then I shall be very pleased indeed!!

THE MUSIC OF STAR WARS (WELL, SORT OF…)
By Scott Weller
Long before John Williams all defining musical score for STAR WARS-truly one of the greatest compositions of all time- I had always been interested in orchestral score music-as a very small child I would often listen to compilation albums to classic films and television series that, at that time, I had never seen, but which I instantly knew the theme tunes to once I eventually saw them. As a child, when babysat by my Nan, I would listen to the GREAT WAR FILM THEMES and leap off the sofa pretending to be a parachutist to the likes of the DAM BUSTERS and WHERE EAGLES DARE (don’t get me started on that film-it’s just fantastic!!). Most of these seventies compilation themes were produced by the British MUSIC FOR PLEASURE range, and were not the actual brought in scores but new realizations, normally from the well respected musician/composer Geoff Love and his orchestra-who, at that time, were well known for their work in the television industry, providing music for live entertainment shows on Sunday nights. By 1978, we had had the war films, the western themes, the TV themes albums, but with the arrival of STAR WARS, and the film heralding a brilliant new zenith for orchestral scores, as well as a return to that type of adventure music with a plethora or rival movies, all of the music companies, including MFP, were keen to get a piece of the action profits-wise in securing rights for their own versions of the theme tune on their science fiction film/TV compilation albums. Geoff Love and his MFP tram responded with STAR WARS AND OTHER SPACE THEMES-one of the first albums I listened to after being blown away by the original two disc Williams album score. As a fan, still to this day, of other sci-fi series and films, those represented on the compiled album were ones that I’d always wanted to have and listen to again and again, and I loved listening to this compiled themes LP the most-how it never scratched or warped from the playing I don’t know. Some of the arrangements range from the extremely good-THINGS TO COME, the mighty THUNDERBIRDS suite, and 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY especially (and the MARS theme from the PLANETS SUITE, though not necessarily from a film, it has been used in TV series like SPACE 1999)-to the kooky (like BARBARELLA-but that was just a plain kooky film anyway (and, again, don’t get me started on Jane Fonda in that film-what a babe!!), to the downright awful (the STAR TREK arrangement is one of the worst I’ve ever heard –it doesn’t even sound like Alexander Courage’s accomplished score!!). And, being the seventies, some of the TV series cover versions have a cool disco vibe to them, like the re-interpreted UFO (which is brilliant, and my favourite on the album, alongside SPACE: 1999- put on those flares and hit that disco beat, man!!). But, as for the STAR WARS theme, well… it’s not Williams but I have to say I really like Love’s interpretation of it-there’s an interesting echoy sound to it and the orchestra playing it is quite loud and bombastic-living up to the war drums into infinity description of George Lucas’ original script intent for the title crawl. They may not be The London Symphony Orchestra but Love’s team is certainly enjoying the challenge of it and giving it a bloody good go!! There must also be a special mention to the arrangement of the Princess Leia Theme on the album-again that composition always has been a very special one in my affections-and this version almost matches the greatness of the Williams original.
A few years back, my dad found an old tape version of the album and I’ve played it regularly ever since-perhaps unconsciously returning to my youth, but then again, just enjoying it-and it’s good background album to write to. It may not be to everyone’s taste, and it is a product of it’s time completely (and check out that album cover-due to likeness/image copyright restrictions, almost every film and TV show represented on it is only vaguely like what we’re used to-check out Luke and Leia-hilarious!! And Barbarella?-she looks like she’s had her finger in an electrical socket!!), but, if you want to travel back to those innocent days of the MUSIC FOR PEASURE era, then samples of the album can be found at places like AMAZON and PLAY.COM (you can even download the whole album, which, interestingly, has classic tracks that weren’t on the original LP we bought in 1978, presumably added on from extra re-releases over the years, like BLAKES SEVEN, THE TIME MACHINE, CLOSE ENCOUNTERS, LOGAN’S RUN and THE OMEGA MAN!!).

STAR WARS MEETS SAUL BASS!!
By Scott Weller
I've always loved good title sequences in movies, from Maurice Binder's distinctive JAMES BOND intros, to the lovely Richard Fleischer PINK PANTHER starts. One of the greatest modern film titles designers, however, is Saul Bass-whose work on title sequences and poster design on films like ANATOMY OF A MURDER and CASINO continues to inspire others in his legendary style. One of these great new wave of Bass inspirationists has decided to see what STAR WARS would look like if it's titles were given a retro makeover from the sixties. The results are very impressive and great fun.
If you haven't already seen them, head over to YOUTUBE and key in STAR WARS VS SAUL BASS, or, if this link from my site still works, at:www.youtube.com/watch
Enjoy!!

ARTHUR C. CLARKE- DISCOVERING THE WORLDS OF SCIENCE FICTION AND HUMANKIND
By Scott Weller
Late yesterday evening (of the 8th March 2008), the news came through on the television that celebrated British science fiction writer Arthur C Clarke died at his home on Sri Lanka, at the age of 90 (alongside the equally tragic passing of British film-maker Anthony Minghella). As a big fan of Clarke’s work , I was very sad to hear of his passing-not only has the world lost a literary giant in the greatest sense- an expert not only in the field of science fiction, but in writing in general, but we have also lost someone who was a great fan of science fiction in other mediums as well, especially relating to film and, like the equally acclaimed late author Isaac (I, ROBOT) Asimov, was a huge fan of the STAR WARS films (of which Clarke’s own prior work on his short story, THE SENTINEL, would later become filmed as the movie generally regarded as Stanley Kubrick’s masterpiece: 2001: A SPACE ODYESSEY, and a movie which, in itself, would inspire George Lucas in the creation of the STAR WARS SAGA that we know and love today (and also using many of the talented behind the scenes personnel who helped Kubrick bring his epic vision, from Clarke’s original words, onto the screen).
As a little dedication and tribute to Clarke, I have enclosed the late author’s own nice little personal message to George Lucas, congratulating him when STAR WARS celebrated its Tenth Anniversary in 1987. This appeared in the celebratory STARLOG TRIBUTE magazine that came with the Anniversary convention event held I Los Angeles-the inside pic with the dedication, used opposite, shows Steven Spielberg and Harrison Ford with the author at his Sri Lankan home during a 1983 filming break for INDIANA JONES AND THE TEMPLE OF DOOM.
Here is the full tribute:
“First, let me join a few million of you out there and thank George for enriching my life. You did what most of us thought was impossible-you brought our visions to the screen, and so created a new universal myth for our times, with heroes and villains the whole world now recgonizes. Of course, you were tapping the pre-existing SF culture-but if anyone criticizes you for that, George, point to the excellent precedent of W. Shakespeare, Esq., and remind them: “Talent borrows-but genius steals.”
I don’t want to dampen the festivities by ending on a serious note, but much as I’ve enjoyed your marvelous trilogy, my pleasure has often been alloyed with a subsequent sense of guilt (St.Augustine, I think, once said something like that in a slightly different context).
The very week you celebrate the 10th Anniversary of STAR WARS, I’ll be receiving the 10th Charles A. Lindbergh Award in Paris-and the title of the address will be “Star Peace.” I’d like to quote briefly from it.
“We have already met Darth Vader-and he is us. If we are to survive, we must exorcise the demons of our haunted childhood, and grow out of our fascination with “technoporn”-gleaming weaponry and beautiful explosions. Whatever armaments may be needed to preserve peace in the immediate future, in the long run only political solutions can save us… The real problem is not military hardware, but human software...”
No one is in a better position to create that software than we science fiction fans. Let’s get on with the job!!”
Funny, isn’t it-twenty one years on, and Clarke’s final words of his tribute still hold much resonance today…
If anyone out there hasn’t had a chance to read any of Mister Clarke’s work, we seriously do recommend them, especially CHILDHOODS END (whatever happened to the movie version to have been done by David (FIGHT CLUB, SEVEN, ZODIAC) Fincher? Oh, what a terrific movie that would have been), RONDEZVOUS WITH RAMA, his many excellent short stories, and, of course, THE SENTINEL/ 2001: A SPACE ODYESSEY. All of these were groundbreaking works of literature and science fiction literature, and still hold up well today.
Mister Clarke, we shall miss your journeys into the unknown, the pursuit of discovery in the worlds of science fiction and the exploration of the human, and alien, spirit. May the Force be with you..always, and God speed!!!

CELEBRATING A CELEBRATION!!!
By Scott Weller
Well, the STAR WARS AFICIONADO team is back from JEDI CON 2008 in Germany, and a great time was had by all-it was a terrific convention-smaller than the UK/US CELEBRATIONS but just as enjoyable, with a nice mix of guests (a big salute to Jeremy Bulloch-as ever a total gent and an all round nice guy, and Robert Watts (the new "Guv'nor" of STAR WARS!!)), a fun, almost family atmosphere and a terrific hotel and venue. By the end of this week, watch out for lots of photos, a full in depth review of the event (and we'll print everything that we can print about it!!) by yours truly and a terrific review of a new DVD project from all round STAR WARS toy collectible aficionado, and fanatical devourer, Ian Trussler, that I know fans of the original PALITOY STAR WARS toy range are going to adore...
Keep an eye out for further updates on the main site and the YAHOO GROUPS...
Regards,
SCOTT

THE “LOST” PILOT
By Scott Weller
For thirty years we have thrilled to the daring exploits of the X and Y-wing fighter squadrons taking part in the final battle over the DEATH STAR in STAR WARS. Numerous magazines over the years have gone into depth about the brave characters in their fighter planes, and the majority of the surviving speaking part actors who have played those roles in the original July 1976 filming have been tracked down and interviewed…except one.
Red Ten.
In my research over the last fifteen years, no one has ever found out who the British actor was that played the recently Expanded Universe named Theron Nett. Internet forums have incorrectly listed him as the US actor Maury Chaykin. Considering he has several lines in the film, and plays a key part in Red Leader’s trench run, he is one of the only main pilots not credited in the movie-the result of a 1976/77 UK production office mistake when the titles were being put together by the US optical teams in Post Production.
Now, STAR WARS AFICIONADO, with the kind help of Red Four actor Jack Klaff, whom myself and Ian Trussler met at the Birmingham MEMORABILIA show this weekend, can reveal the name of the actor who played the brave Red Ten, who died at the hands of Imperial forces whilst shielding Red Leader (Drewe Henley) in the DEATH STAR trench run.
His name (for atmospheric purposes, please pretend there is an exciting drum roll…)
Robert O’ Mahoney.
A British actor, Robert (Bob) O’ Mahoney was a theatre/ acting buddy of Klaff’s, whom he hasn’t seen in years-he doesn’t know if he is still alive or not. He is listed on IMDB and his last screen credit was in 1990 for the TV production BLOOD ROYAL: WILLIAM THE CONQUEROR.
And that is pretty much all we know about him. But at least it’s a start…
This information now completes the documented list of on screen Rebel fighter pilots seen in the finished movie (at least twenty pilots were filmed in the original cockpit scenes in the UK, but the others are unknown (with the possible exception of actor John Chapman, who says he played the pilot call signed as Red Twelve-Gil Vilray. Until we see film or photographic proof that he shot his scenes, I’m afraid we don’t yet count him)).We also don’t count Reds Seven, Nine and Eleven who call in as the X-wings bear on the DEATH STAR as they are US actors voice overs only (actors names are unknown) who were added on in the film’s 1977 Post Production.
Finally, after thirty years.. the X and Y-wing pilots/actors roll call is completed.
Head over to our new section on the site-THE STAR WARS UNIVERSE- to see the complete photo roll call of the pilots we’ve enjoyed seeing for the last thirty years.

STAR WARS: THE FINAL END?
By Scott Weller
Just wanted to let you all know about some interesting stuff that has appeared in this month’s issue of the UK cinema magazine TOTAL FILM (May 2008-the SPEED RACER cover). To tie-in with the release of INDY, and the upcoming CLONE WARS animated film as well, the magazine has an excellent interview with George Lucas which goes into lots of details for the future, including their asking him something mega-important. The all important: what would happen with new STAR WARS tales after his demise?
Here’s the reply-and you can see he’s very protective of his baby!!
“I’ve left pretty explicit instructions for there not to be any more features. There will definitely be no EPISODES VII-IX. That’s because there isn’t any story. I mean, I never thought of anything! And now there have been novels about the events after EPISODES VI, which isn’t at all what I would have done with it. The STAR WARS story is really the tragedy of Darth Vader. That is the story. Once Vader dies, he doesn’t come back to life, the Emperor doesn’t get cloned and Luke doesn’t get married…”
So there you have it-straight from the horse’s mouth-STAR WARS movies beyond EPISODE SIX are a no go area. Risk making them at your peril!!!
This is sad news to me. In my eyes there had been a glimmer of hope that perhaps Jett Lucas, a keen STAR WARS fan who made an impressionable impact as a young Jedi in the ORDER 66 scene in REVENGE OF THE SITH, might have taken up the mantle one day and perhaps make STAR WARS films himself, the ultimate passing of the torch. The idea seemed very comfortable to me, but now even that seems to have been shot to pieces!!
Lucas has been saying there WON’T BE ANY MORE FILMS for ages, anyway, but I’m still not sure-with him you really never know (and not even Lucas’s closest friends are really sure- that he’ll do a Connery “never say never” on us all!!). Even when he was making RETURN OF THE JEDI, and even though by the end of the filming he was exhausted and couldn’t even guarantee when, or even if, the Prequels would get made, they did eventually get made, with Lucas at the helm. And in April 1982, talking to the Yuma Daily Sun newspaper during the Sail Barge filming, he hinted about the Episodes to come after those, telling them that they would be set thirty to fifty years after JEDI.
Despite the “Anakin is dead. There’s no more story” we’ve always known in interviews before the Prequels were made, that, despite his “wouldn’t it be great to get the gang back at sixty” musing to Mark Hamill, there were some notes for Episodes Seven to Nine-not many, but just a couple of pages in that infamous binder of his. This begs the question-what’s on those pages-just what other shattering events in the STAR WARS universe might happen to our favourite characters? In my opinion, now’s the time for those questions to be answered. C’mon George, if you’re not going to make Seven to Nine-if you really are totally resolute and won’t hand them over to anyone else at all-then please hand your notes over to LUCASBOOKS whilst you are still here to entertain the world-lets get some great storytellers like Alan Dean Foster and Terry Brooks to work with you in turning those notes/ideas of yours into terrific adventures-surely your very name with the words “Based on a Story by” are guaranteed to make it of worldwide interest to fans/media/ book lovers, and become a worldwide success. We know with LUCASFILM that it’s not all about profit to keep the company going, it’s also about quality-and the idea of new “Based on a Story by George Lucas” books is quality enough for me and, I’m sure, legions of others-it could be absolutely fantastic. I’ve dipped in and out of the Expanded Universe, but to me it’s not official stuff- I want to know from you, the saga’s creator, what happened to Luke and our other heroes after JEDI, especially, George, as you’ve pretty much said in that quote that much of what has happened to them in the EU books is not what you would have done with the Saga anyway!!
C’mon George/LUCASFILM, let’s see the stories for the real EPISODES SEVEN to NINE-whaddaya think?

GET WELL SOON, KENNY!!
By Scott Weller
It's been sad news hearing that STAR WARS' beloved Kenny Baker, the only person who could bring humanity and life to Artoo Detoo, is in hospital, suffering from a chest infection. Now 73, Kenny is a wonderful friend to the STAR WARS saga-always signing for people/fans of all ages across the world, and always happily talking about and promoting the films, with that cheeky glint in his eyes and an all round good guy smile. Yes, you could say that the stars are being well paid to attend conventions, signing and autograph events anyway, and Kenny can make a good living out of it for his well deserved retirement fund, but I do genuinely think that he enjoys attending them as well-he likes being a part of the entertainment world, he likes being a part of the STAR WARS universe-it's showbusiness and it's in his blood, ever since he was a MINI-TONE with his late friend, and fellow STAR WARS actor, Jack Purvis.
And Kenny likes STAR WARS, the complete reverse to someone like Harrison Ford, whose loathing for the STAR WARS SAGA thirty years on is still apparent (just check out his recent READERS DIGEST quote on "The Force"), and yet he'll happily do an un-personalised signing of Han Solo images for OFFICIALPIX as long as you're paying £214 for the privilege!! Back in 2007 I thought, with INDY on the horizon, that his attitude, like the one he showed to BLADE RUNNER, may have changed or at least mellowed with age. But no, he still bears a grudge against STAR WARS for making him a movie star. Yes, it's release in 1977 ruined his marriage to his beloved Mary and for that I'm truly sorry-but, hey, it led to INDY, and that ain't bad!!
But with Kenny, well....as I've said, he's a terrific trooper. I've seen him at many events over the years and recently, though it looks like it has been tough going for him health-wise, he's always been there for the fans and it's always good to see him. A STAR WARS event without him would certanly not be the same.
On behalf of all sections of STAR WARS fandom-GET WELL SOON!!!
